Cryptographic Storage

All active credentials, authorization PINs, and guest metadata are heavily hashed using modern bcrypt cryptographic standards. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Air-Gapped Workspaces

Every client node operates in a pseudo air-gapped environment. POS transaction databases are rigidly partitioned by a unique Tenant Code per organization.

Active Session Defense

To combat unauthorized access, staff sessions are protected via auto-lock timeouts and strict access-level gatekeeping. A Waiter app cannot access the Hotel PMS logs, and Kitchen Display Systems cannot view financial ledgers.

Threat Mitigation & Audits

The HQ nodes actively record crucial configuration changes. From plan upgrades to user creation events, an irrefutable audit trail tracks "Who did what, and when".
