Welcome to the Tactical Hospitality network. This privacy manifesto dictates the operational data processing logic for your unified POS, KDS, and PMS platforms. Your operational intelligence is governed under strict confidentiality protocols.

Our infrastructure operates on a zero-trust model. We collect essential telemetry metrics required to optimize system routing, ledger reconciliation, and KDS synchronization. We do not distribute, lease, or monetize your customer metadata to unauthorized third parties.

Financial transactions, guest portfolios, and order histories are maintained in encrypted nodes. Workspace data is retained solely for operational continuity. Disengaged or offboarded workspaces enter a 30-day purge cycle where data is permanently sanitized from our central nodes.

Only verified staff operatives with proper role-based clearance (e.g., Admin, Manager) may view sensitive telemetry data. As the workspace commander, you hold ultimate authority over access protocols within your node.
